Hillbilly Jeb Rebel is a purebred neutered male Labrador Retriever. He was born in October 1999 and has AKC papers. Rebel's owner made some lifestyle changes, so Rebel ended up at the shelter through no fault of his own. He is a loving and active dog that deserves a forever family.
